So the super-secret project I was working on never actually came to anything. Shocker. I still haven’t received that last piece of costume, but I’m not too fussed about it now. I’m not going to be travelling down that road.

Still fairly confident this mid-life crisis is in full-swing, I just think I have some other avenue to venture.

So I haven’t updated anything to do with writing in a good long while. The good news is I’m not just sitting around, feeling the seconds as life ticks away, watching television and internet shorts. Well, ok, I’ve been multi-tasking…

I’m currently working on something else entirely. I can’t say much about it without sounding like I’m about to be carried away by men in white coats, but it’s been keeping me busy creatively for the last week, it’s keeping me creative, and it has been monstrous fun to work on.

I’m hoping to present the fruits of my labour within about another week or so. I’m waiting on a last piece of costume to arrive, and I do hope that phrase puts the fear of God into you over what exactly it is that I’m doing.

I’m starting to wonder whether I’m having a bit of a premature mid-life crisis. In any case, you’ll be able to see the results shortly. Watch this space!
